Section 10(ii) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993
(ii)Admissions and all facilities including free studentship, half free studentship, provided by the institution shall be available to every section of people without any distinction of cast, colour, creed, religion or language.
