Section 10 in The Allahabad High Court Private Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2001
10. Confirmation.
- A probationer shall be confirmed at the end of his period of probation, or extended period of probation, if his work and conduct is found to be satisfactory and his integrity is certified.
