Section 21(1) in West Bengal Tea Plantation Employees' Welfare Fund Act, 2015
(1)If the State Government is satisfied that the Board has made default in performing any of the duties imposed on it by or under this Act or has abused its power, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, supersede the Board.
