Section 18(a) in Karnataka Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners' Registration and Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Rules, 1964
(a)that the result of the election has been materially affected,-(i)by the improper rejection or refusal of a vote; or(ii)by any non-compliance with the provisions of the Act or of any of these rules; or
