Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that the notice/advertisement dated 09.12.2016 (Annexure P-6) has been withdrawn by the respondents and the petitioner is continuing to work on contract basis.

Keeping in view this fact, this petiton is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondents that in future the petitioner can be replaced only by regularly selected candidate or her work and conduct is not found satisfactory.
