THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS AND MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HEAVY INDUSTRIES AND PUBLIC ENTERPRISES (SHRI ARJUN RAM MEGHWAL): With your kind permission, Sir, I rise to announce that Government Business during the week commencing Monday, the 24th of June, 2019 will consist of :-
1. Discussion on the Motion of Thanks on the President’s Address;
2. Resolution for Extension of President’s Rule in the State of Jammu & Kashmir for a further period of six months beyond 2nd July, 2019 under Article 356 (4) of the Constitution of India;
3. Discussion on Statutory Resolution seeking disapproval of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No.4 of 2019) and consideration and passing of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Bill, 2019 – after its introduction;
4. Discussion on Statutory Resolution seeking disapproval of the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No.8 of 2019) and consideration and passing of the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Bill, 2019 – after its introduction;
5. Discussion on Statutory Resolution seeking disapproval of the Homoeopathy Central Council (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No.11 of 2019) and consideration and passing of the Homoeopathy Central Council (Amendment) Bill, 2019 – after its introduction; and
6. Discussion on Statutory Resolution seeking disapproval of the Aadhaar and Other Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No.09 of 2019) and consideration and passing of the Aadhaar and Other Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2019 – after its introduction.

1. झारखंड कीराजधानी रांची सेएनएच 75 मेरे संसदीय क्षेत्र केडालटनगंज होते हुए मुडीसेमर, उत्तर प्रदेश कीसीमा तकजाती है । विदित हैकि रांची सेएनएच 75 कुडू तकका फोर लेन काकार्य प्रारम्भ है । पडवा मोड (मेदिनीनगर) सेमुडीसेमर तकफोर लेन काकार्य शीघ्र प्रारम्भ किया जाए ।
2. मेरे संसदीय क्षेत्र पलामू (झारखण्ड) केदोनों जिले पलामू एवं गढ़वा जिला बहुत हदतक क्रमश: बिहार (सोन) एवं (रिहन्द) उत्तर प्रदेश केग्रीड सेबिजली कीआपूर्ति परनिर्भर करते हैं जिसके कारण दोनों जिलों कोपर्याप्त मात्रा में बिजली नहीं मिल पाती हैवैसे परिस्थिति में बिजली आपूर्ति में सुधार लाने हेतु भवनाथपुर (गढ़वा) में थर्मल पावर कीस्थापना कीजाए । DR. KIRIT PREMJIBHAI SOLANKI(AHMEDABAD WEST): Sir, I would like to make a submission on the subject of resettlement and rehabilitation of Scheduled Tribes affected by acquisition of their land for Central Government projects, and their forest rights. 1. उत्तर प्रदेश केजनपद लखीमपुर-खीरी में पलिया सेनिघासन-सिंगाही-बेलरीया हेतु प्रस्तावित नईरेलवे लाइन हेतु भूमि अधिग्रहित करने कीकार्यवाही शीघ्र प्रारम्भ कीजाये ।
2. जनपद लखीमपुर खीरी सेप्रारम्भ होने वाले स्टेट हाईवे संख्या 21 बेलरीया-पनवारी मार्ग सेउत्तर प्रदेश सरकार केराष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग घोषित करने केप्रस्ताव परशीघ्र कार्यवाही करके उक्त मार्ग कापुनर्निर्माण राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग केमानकों केअनुसार करते हुए मार्ग परपड़ने वाले घाटों यथा पचपेड़ी घाट आदि केपुलों केनिर्माण करने परविचार किया जाए ।

श्रीराजीव प्रतापरूडी: महोदय पूरी दुनिया में जिस प्रकार सेजलवायु परिवर्तन होरहा है, उसकेकारण लगता हैकि भारत भीपूरी तरह सेप्रभावित है । मैंने किअगले सप्ताह कीकार्यसूची में जो प्रस्ताव दिया हैकि जलवायु परिवर्तन केकारण पूरे विश्व में जोपरिस्थितियां उभर रही हैं, विशेषकर भारत में भीउसका प्रभाव दिख रहा है, जिसके कारणतापमान काबढ़ना, बारिश कीकमी, येसब चीजें दिख रही हैं । यहआने वाली पीढ़ियों कोपूरी तरह सेप्रभावित करेगा । महोदय इसको अगले सप्ताह कीकार्यसूची में जोड़ा जाए यहमेरा अनुरोध है ।

The entire delta region of Tamil Nadu is reeling under water scarcity and struggling to start Kuruvai season crop cultivation. Cauvery River Water Management Board already ordered the Karnataka Government to release water to Tamil Nadu as per the final order of the Supreme Court. But the Karnataka Government is yet to release water to Tamil Nadu. …(Interruptions). This is complete violation of the Supreme Court order. …(Interruptions) A discussion followed by a resolution of the House is necessary to resolve this interstate crisis.…(Interruptions). HON. My second matter, which I request you to include in the next week’s agenda, is “Discuss the measure to remove the sense of insecurity in the minds of medical aspirants of Tamil Nadu resulting in the continuing suicide deaths due to the denial of social justice benefits due to NEET that affects the meritorious students from rural areas and deprived sections of the society.” PROF. I propose that the following items should be included in the list of business for the week commencing on 24th June, 2019.
1. The condition in the public sector undertaking, the BSNL, which is making huge losses and where permanent and contract workers are not getting their salaries regularly. The contract workers in Kolkata have not got salaries for five months.
