प्रो. विजय कुमार मल्होत्रा (दक्षिण दिल्ली) : अध्यक्ष जी, मैंने पहले भी कहा था कि बहुत विषम परिस्थिति पैदा हुई है कि एक व्यक्ति के लिए वारंट निकलें। न्यायालय ने उनके वारंट निकाले जो केन्द्रीय मंत्री हैं। पुलिस उनके वारंट लेकर उनको गिरफ्तार करने के लिए आने वाली है। इस बात की वहां से सूचना आई है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा है कि उन्होंने आपको एक पत्र लिखा है, सैक्रेटरी जनरल को पत्र लिखा है। शायद रास्ते में होंगे। ऐसी हालत में वह मंत्री पद पर बने हुए हैं। मैं समझता हूं कि यह देश के लिए बहुत लज्जा की बात है, इस सरकार के लिए लज्जा की बात है, सारे विश्व के लिए लज्जा की बात है। इससे लोक सभा की छवि बिगड़ रही है, लोकतंत्र की छवि बिगड़ रही है। सरकार इस बारे में रिसपौंस नहीं कर रही है। न प्राइम मनिस्टर और न ही लीडर ऑफ दी हाउस रिसपौंस कर रहे हैं, इसलिए हम इसके प्रोटैस्ट में वाक आउट कर रहे हैं।
