When this case was taken up today, Mr.Shiraz Bava, advocate representing the applicant and Mr.S.Manu, Standing Counsel for the Lakshadweep 2 OA/181/237/18 Administration were heard. It was submitted by Mr.Shiraz Bava that Annexure A10 notification qua the posting of Drawing Teacher Gr.II in which the applicant is seeking appointment has been cancelled. This fact is admitted by Mr.Shiraz Bava, learned counsel for the applicant. In the circumstance, we find that nothing survives in this OA. Accordingly, the OA is closed. No order as to costs.
