% 10.12.2020 (hearing through Video Conferencing) CRL.M.A. 17140/2020 in CRL.M.C. 4551/2019 The matter was indicated to be listed for 23.03.2020 when it could not be taken up apparently in view of the prevailing pandemic and has been re-notified for 11.02.2021 and is now taken up on CRL.M.A.17140/2020 filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking clarification and appropriate orders submitting inter alia to the effect that the applicant seeks to bring forth the aspects considered on 19.12.2019.
