118. Smoking prohibited.
- No person shall smoke and no holder of a cinema licence or his nominated manager or managers shall permit smoking in the auditorium during a performance.[Such prohibition shall not apply to persons sitting in their cars in the premises of a drive-in-cinema.] [Inserted, by G. N. of 17.7.1974.]
