Section 2(f) in The Indian Cost Accounts Service Rules, 2015
(f)"OBC" means other backward classes having the same meaning as provided in the Department of Personnel and Training O.M. No. 36012/22/22/93-Estt. (SCT), dated the 8th September, 1993 as amended from time to time.
