100. Register of Special Leave Petitions/Appeal.
(1)A Register in Form NCLAT-9 shall be maintained in regard to Special Leave Petitions or Appeals against the orders of the Appellate Tribunal to the Supreme Court and necessary entries therein be promptly made by the Judicial Branch.(2)The register shall be placed for scrutiny by the Chairperson in the first week of every month.
