Section 19(1) in The Maharashtra Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1971
(1)Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Registration Officer or Registrar regarding the registration of his name or any entry in the registrar may appeal-(a)against the decision of the Registration Officer, to the State Government and(b)against the decision of the Registrar, to the Council.
