Section 10(i) in Haryana Passenger Transport Scheme, 2003
(i)The committee shall scrutinize all the applications and make recommendations on the same day to the Chairman, State Transport Authority, i.e. the State Transport Controller, Haryana, for allotment of stage carriage permits.
