Ld. counsel Mt. A. Chakraborty appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the.applicant has not been.given.tempOrary status with effect from 01.01.2003, but the department has granted him a particular scale of pay with Grade Pay, hence, sometenefits have been granted to the -applicant in a different manner.
As the benefit of scale of pay and Grade Pay has been granted to the applicant, nothing remains in the O.A. and the O.A. has become infructuous.
Accordingly the O.A. is disposed of being 'infructuous'. No order as to costs.
