Section 14(iii) in The Disaster Management (Amendment) Act, 2025
(iii)in sub-section (4), for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:––“(a) the exposure of different parts of the State to different hazards and vulnerability of its people, assets, infrastructure, livelihood and economic activity to those hazards;”;
