Section 2(p) in Chitkara University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2008
(p)[ "sponsoring body" means the Chitkara Educational Trust, Chandigarh, registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 and includes its subsidiary branch to be registered in Himachal Pradesh within a period of six months from the date of Commencement of the Chitkara University (Establishment and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2010;] [Clause (p) substituted vide H.P.
