26. Procedure for issuing duplicate of Certificate and Verification Certificate.
- Where an original certificate or verification certificate relating to an Applicant has been lost or stolen or destroyed due to natural calamities like floods, earthquake etc. or on request and after depositing fee as prescribed by the State Government, Competent Authority or Verification Committee as the case may be, may issue the duplicate on the basis of original document kept in such office. There shall be a clear mention of "Duplicate Copy' on such Certificate or Verification Certificate.
