Section 8(1) in Madhya Bharat Famine (Suspension of Proceedings) Act, 1953
(1)The prescribed period shall be excluded in computing the period of limitation prescribed by the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 (IX of 1908), or any other law for the time being in force for suit, appeals and applications referred to in Section 7.
