(d)[ the classification and recruitment (including minimum qualifications and experience) of Principals and other teachers of the University and of affiliated and associated colleges, the maintenance by them of their annual academic progress report, the rules of conduct to be observed by them and their emoluments and other conditions of service (including provisions relating to compulsory retirement); [Substituted by Uttar Pradesh Act No. 5 of 1977, and shall be deemed always to have been substituted.]
