68. Members, officers and employees to be public servants.
- The Chief Executive, the Deputy Chief Executive, Chairman, Deputy Chairman, the Members, the officers and other employees of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
