Section 9(1) in Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964
(1)The Council shall appoint a Registrar and may appoint other officers and servants as it may consider necessary on such salary and other conditions of service as it may determine and every person so appointed shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
