By way of this application, prayer has been made for rt condonation of 244 days delay in filing the appeal.
Having heard learned Counsel for the applicant and having gone through the averments made in the application and further taking into consideration the fact that the claimant has filed the claim petition post the unfortunate demise of her son and she claims to be an illiterate lady, this application is allowed by condoning the delay in filing the appeal. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
