ORDER:
When the matter was called on 24.09.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Court directed the matter to be listed on 06.10.2020 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 06.10.2020 also there was no representation for petitioner. However, to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption. Today also when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
