1. Short Title and Commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Madhya Pradesh Nagreeya Nikay Samvida Shala Shikshak (Employment and Conditions of Contract) Rules, 2005.(2)These shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
