Section 2(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1971
(1)'Assistant Consolidation OfficerÂ’ means an officer appointed by the State Government to perform the duties of the Assistant Consolidation Officer under this Act;
