57A. [ Power to transfer appeals to Civil Judges. [Inserted by U.P. Act No. 20 of 1954.]
(1)A District Judge may transfer to any Civil Judge under his administrative control any appeals under Section 57 from the order of the Compensation Officer pending before him.(2)Appeals transferred under this section shall be disposed of in accordance with the procedure applicable to disposal of appeals by the District Judge under Section 57.]
