Section 13(1) in Gender Sensitisation & Sexual Harassment of Women at Family Court, Ahmedabad (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
(1)On receipt of a complaint and during the pendency of an Inquiry, on a written request made by the aggrieved woman, the GSICC if it considers fit and proper, may recommend specific interim measures to be taken in a signed decision to the Principal Judge, who on receipt thereof, may pass such interim orders that may be required for the personal safety and for safeguarding the dignity of the aggrieved woman, and both the aggrieved woman and the respondent shall be bound by the same.
