102G. Publication of draft valuation rates.
(1)When the determination of valuation of any class of lands and buildings or of any area or zone in any municipality has been completed, the Board shall cause such draft valuation rates be published in such manner, as may be prescribed and shall specify a date of not less than thirty days within which suggestions to the draft valuation rates may be filed.(2)After the expiry of the date specified in sub-section (1) and within such period thereafter as may be prescribed, the suggestions on the draft valuation rates shall be considered by the Board.(3)After considering suggestions if any, the Board shall prepare a final valuation rates and shall recommend the final rates in respect of any area or zone or any class of building to the municipality.
