1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh (Shri) Mahakaleshwar Mandir Adhiniyam, 1982.(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [w.e.f. 26-6-1983.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
