16. Saving.

- Nothing contained in this Act shall render any person liable to be convicted of an offence in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by him after the 11th day of March, 1982 and before the date of publication of the Kerala Essential Articles Control Ordinance, 1984 (41 of 1984), in the Gazette.
