Section 18(1) in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
(1)The Council may constitute [Boards of Studies for one or more subjects in one or more] [Words substituted by West Bengal Act 28 of 1975.] of the following branches, namely:-(a)Humanities,(b)Sciences,(c)Commerce,(d)Agriculture,(e)Technical courses, and(f)Other courses, vocational or otherwise.
