(4)The functions of the Gram Panchayat Ground Water Sub-Committee shall be,-(a)to collect information from all sources;(b)to prepare the Gram Panchayat Ground Water Security Plan as provided under Section 3;(c)to carry out such other functions, as may be prescribed.
