Section 49(ix) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(ix)Immediately after the meeting, the President shall cause the notice under Form XVI declaring name of the person declared to have been elected as Vice-Chairman, to be affixed in some conspicuous place in the office of the Market Committee.
