Section 46(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)The smooth conduct of examination with secrecy and security of the question papers and answer books at the centre shall be the joint responsibility of the Conductor alongwith the Observer.
