Section 3(h) in Rules for Delegation of Administrative and Financial Powers in the Assam Agricultural University, 1988
(h)"Financial Year" means, unless otherwise specified by the Board of Management the financial year of the State of Assam i.e., the year beginning with 1st day of April and ending with 31st March.
