Section 11(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Modification of Provisions in their Application to the Scheduled Areas) Rules, 2011
(1)In keeping with community traditions and the spirit of the Constitution of India, law and relevant rules, it shall be the fundamental duty of the Gram Sabha to maintain peace and order in its area.
