15. Officers and employees of authority.
(1)The authority may appoint such officers and employees, as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of functions by such authority.(2)The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, such officers and employees shall be such as may be determined by regulations.
