(2)The [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may, after considering any such report, return or statement and any information furnished by the Board, give such directions consistent with this Act as may be necessary and the Board shall comply with such directions.
