- Rules 49 to 54 shall, as far as they can be made applicable, be observed in cases in which Government desires to prefer an appeal to the High Court, except that the District Government pleader need not draft the grounds of appeal. To save limitation it is essential that the papers shall reach the Legal Remembrancer within one month from the date on which the decree was signed.
