Section 125(2) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(2)Where an offence under this section has been committed by a management committee or any other committee of a co-operative bank, every person woo at the time the offence was committed was a member of such committee shall be deemed to be guilty of the offence and be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.
