Section 1 in The Parliamentary Proceedings (Protection Of Publication) Repeal Act, 1976
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be call the Parliamentary Proceedings (Protection of Publication) Repeal Act, 1976.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 8th day of December, 1975.
