Section 27(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1984
(1)No woman worker shall be required or allowed to work in a work of building construction or engineering construction except between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
