Section 362 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
362. Appropriation to local improvement.
- Small patches of land in the neighbourhood of towns, or such escheats as shops, tanks, and gardens similarly situate, may, with the special sanction of the Board in each case, be, appropriated to total improvements.
