Section 18(1) in The Punjab Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(1)The canteen hall shall accommodate at least thirty per cent of the motor transport workers likely to come at a time :Provided that in any particular undertaking or in any particular class of undertakings, the State Government may, by notification in this behalf in the Official Gazette, alter the percentage of workers to be accommodated.
