CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANANDAN SINGH
ORAL ORDER
Patna High Court CWJC No.7643 of 2013 (2) dt.24-07-2014
3/3
2 24-07-2014An order dated 11.04.2013, passed by a Bench of this Court in CWJC No.21251 of 2012 and other analogous cases, appears to be covering the cases of petitioners. The first writ application was preferred by Bihar Rajya Bal Barg Didi Sangh and others. These petitioners also claim to be Bal Barg Didis engaged in the Bal Barg Centres which were being run under the Scheme of the Government of India. Since the Scheme has closed, petitioners are out of job. The Bench noticed the plight of almost 5000 Bal Didis who were put out of job and suggested the Government to employ them in other on-going schemes or projects.
Since the said order was passed in the case of Bal Barg Sangh, obviously cases of petitioners are also covered by the said order and directions made therein.
The writ application is disposed of.
