1. The above case has been posted today for hearing. When the matter came up for hearing today Mr. A. Yogeshwaran represented the applicant in all these cases. Ms. Ojas Sivakumar for Mr. M.R. Gokul Krishnan represented 1st respondent in O.A. No. 103/2016 and Appeal No. 123/2016, Ms. Me. Sarashwathy represented 2nd respondent in O.A. No. 103/2016 and Appeal No. 123/2016, Mr. C. Kasirajan through Ms. Ashwini represented respondents 3 and 4 in O.A. No. 103/2016 and Appeal No. 123/2016 and 2nd respondent in O.A. NO. 161/2017 and Mr. S. Sai Sathyajith represented 5th respondent in O.A. No. 103/2016 and Appeal No. 123/2016 and 2nd respondent in O.A. No. 161/2017.
2. Learned Counsel appearing for the project proponent submitted that they have engaged a senior counsel to argue the matter and they want some time to get ready with the matter as there is some inconvenience to Senior Counsel and they could not get ready with matter today.
3. The matters are of the year 2016 and 2017 respectively, however, considering the request made that they want senior engagement, we feel that accommodation can be given. No further adjournment will be given on next date of hearing.
