Section 20(1)(b) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(b)if on inquiry. Board finds that violation of the section 20 of the Act or of the provisions laid down in rule 85(C) in respect of a juvenile has been made or is likely to be made. Board shall pass orders for nullifying or prohibiting such violation and requiring such authority or person to take all such steps as may be required to undo the harm caused to the juvenile by such violation;
