Section 36(ii) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
(ii)Temporary employees engaged for an indefinite period shall be entitled to one month's pay and allowances on termination of service. To the temporary person engaged for a specified period/work mentioned in their appointment letters, no compensation shall be payable.
