Section 8(1) in Rajasthan Opium Smoking Prohibition Act, 1950
(1)The [State Government] [Substituted vide item No. (1) of the Schedule to the Rajasthan Act No. 2 of 1957, published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part IV-A, Extraordinary, dated 5-1-1957] may fix and from time to time alter the number of District Judges to be appointed for the whole of [State of Rajasthan] [Substituted vide item No. (1) of the Schedule to the Rajasthan Act No. 2 of 1957, published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part IV-A, Extraordinary, dated 5-1-1957],
